Customer Support Manager

Provide and direct the performance of quality engineering services to all internal and external customers FOR OUR SOFTWARE .
Provide front-line technical response to inquiries received by the customer response center, identifying potential problems
Effective and timely support to the customers
Ensure all support is paid for
Ensure that customer projects are completed to the satisfaction of the customer by getting involved in Discovery and Deployment stages
Take care of customers and partners by ensuring they have regular training and know-how on latest releases
Steer the development team towards prioritizing enhancements, bug fixes etc. by means of direct feedback from the market
Assist in individual development of assigned personnel through coaching and counseling
